We're currently investigating the "authentication failed during communication with IMAP server" issues that started appearing around 16:30.

Update: Despite being on battery and generator backups it appears power to one of our racks briefly failed causing the servers located there to reboot. Everything is back online now and we'll be investigating with our datacenter provider about the cause of the failure.
